Received your book, started reading it last night up to Ch. 6. Who in this world would have thought that I would be up late on a Friday night, reading one of your books based on the single night life in Dallas, TX. 23 years ago. God has favored you so, so many times. I believe God has chosen you to let His light shine bright through your eyes. Your love for Him is graceful, humble, and your actions impact and attract people like a magnet, so when people are in your presence, they to can feel God's peace, grace, Love, and forgiveness. The presence of the Holy Spirit surrounds you, as does the Love of Jesus.
May the Holy Spirit implode you.

It has been such a blessing to get to work on your manuscript. It is amazing and will no doubt change so many lives for the better. What a wonderful way to spend my day, and I couldn't think of a better person to spend it with. I really want you to know how special it was and how much it meant to me to meet Paige and see Danny and to meet his family. If I am only a small blessing to them in this time, then all is right with the world!
You do my heart good. To see the trials of your life and to see what a wonderful person you have become, it makes me realize how great God really is. I'm so proud of you and all you've become. And regardless of all the ribbing Danny's parents gave you, your healthy way of eating and living is awesome. I belong to a beautiful health club here in Rockwall, TX. overlooking the lake, and I haven't been in years. You almost have motivated me to start back and really start eating well!!!

Your book really touched me and gave me even more hope, because I see that someone actually experienced what I am going through today and overcame. Your story is so touching, because as I read the first few chapters, it was as though it was my personal story. I thank God that I am here in prison, because I would be dead otherwise. Dear Brother Clark,
I wanted to write you and tell you how I was very blessed and encouraged by your book, "Thank God I Got Caught." Brother, it really hit home when I read your testimony. God delivered me in prison back in 1996. I lived for Him. I served in ministry. I was a deacon at a church in Dallas from 2002-2005. I did some prison ministry. I was involved in recovery houses. I spoke at an Angel House just like you. But now I am in Federal prison for money laundering. I also had a construction company like you and got to big for my britches. I loved money and it caught up with me. I quit serving God and started serving me. When I first saw the cover of your book, I thought, "Great, another wonderful testimony of how someone was saved in prison and is now serving the Lord." But you share how you were serving God and still made some grave mistakes. What I find so great about what you've shared is that you are back, open and honestly serving Jesus. You don't know how this has encouraged me. I know I can do the same. I've already started writing down my testimony and I pray that one day I can do what you have done by the grace of God. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My son is in the county jail on possession charges. He was on deferred adjudication on two separate charges at the time and now he has a no bond on those charges. He finally has realized that he is where he needs to be able to change his life. I praise God for that. When I heard you on the Word FM last Sunday, I knew I had to send your book to him. I pray God touches him through it and that he can then pass it on to others.

I talked to a man today that just was released from a county jail in California. He said one day he was bored and had nothing to do or read....He called out, "Does anyone have anything to read?" Within 2 minutes someone tossed a book to him under his jail cell door...He looked at it and it was your book. Your first book. How amazing. Your books are out there and being used. He renewed his faith by reading your book. He told me this story when I offered him a free copy of your book when he came to my office. I told him your story. Powerful!!!!

I was fairly solid in some ways in my Christian walk when Clark, Tracy and Paul brought bible study to my house. I committed my life to Christ about two years ago, but Clark's ministry is more powerful than I expected with the power of God being unleashed in a way that my life will never be the same. I had fallen away many times before, but because of the Spirit of God in Clark's life, that will not happen again. He speaks the truth in a way that I have never heard before. While doing a google search of our late aunt we came across your web site speaking of our Aunt Madeline Layton. My husband and I live in Michigan and are both Christians. When Aunt Madeline lived in Michigan my husband had shared the gospel several times with no responds. When she moved to Texas it was our prayer that someone in Texas would be able to reach her with the gospel of Christ. At her passing we felt she had died lost.
